One North American Rescue (NAR) Generation 7 Combat Application Tourniquet with black mini Sharpie marker.<br>These tourniquets have been removed from medical kits issued to military personnel.<br>The plastic became worn and faded.<br>In some instances, dust has entered the packaging and dirtied the direction book and the tourniquet.<br>We remove the tourniquet, blow it off with high pressure air, replace the direction book (if needed), and repackage them.<br>In some instances, a smudge that will not blow off with the high-pressure air remains on the red tip (as depicted in the picture).<br>This does not impact the integrity effectiveness of the tourniquet.
